Chronic urogenital pain affects women of all ages. Its prevalence peaks at age 25, however the incidence of comorbidities varies significantly between women of reproductive age and post-reproductive age. Gynecological, urological, gastroenterological and neuromuscular comorbidities increase significantly in the post-reproductive age group. Understanding the increased prevalence of comorbidities with increased age will enhance the management of CUP in post-reproductive age women.
