ABSTRACT

This report presents a case of a recurrence of vaginal cuff dehiscence in a 34 years old woman following a total laparoscopic hysterectomy for chronic pelvic pain. Vaginal intercourse at 7 weeks postoperatively was the precipitant in both instances of the dehiscence. Vaginal cuff dehiscence following hysterectomy is rare and recurrence is incredibly scarce.
